RDS supplies the GEORADIS series of robust, highly sensitive and compact handheld and laboratory radiation nuclide identifiers and scintillometers. Different models come with NaI ,BGO or Neutron detectors and with an optional telescopic arm for tall objects scanning.

Quickly determining the location of lost radioactive sources in the environment or scrap, monitoring of waste in hospitals or waste incinerators, scanning people or baggage to disclose illicit trafficking of nuclear materials or measuring the radioactive contamination of food products; all are typical applications for the Georadis instruments.
