CONVEYOR BELT, DUST AND AREA MONITOR RS-725

The RS-725 is an advanced spectrometer based system specially designed for highly accurate monitoring of baghouse dust, slag or metal scrap ON CONVEYORS. By using advanced spectral analysis techniques the system is essentially immune to local background radiation changes enabling high sensitivity alarm levels to be achieved.
The RS-725 Controller contains a high power computer system and supports up to three detectors. The Controller carries out sophisticated analysis of the spectra from each detector and determines if an alarm is present. The system has 4 cold-contact outputs that are programmable and can be used to drive external Lights, Horns and Conveyor controls to suit the application .It connects to the Plant Network via the Ethernet port if required.
